\"y\u00f6neticiGraduated from Maliye Vocational High School, Dr. R\u0131dvan \u00c7abukel completed his undergraduate education in 1994 in Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Business. Started working in the Ministry of Finance and Customs in 1990. Studied in Gazi University in masters in economic theory and Financial Management in Master of Business Administration in Pace University (New York). Completed his doctorate in 2006 in Gazi University on the subject of Accounting-Finance. He was in business in New York in the field of finance and worked as a research associate in K\u0131rkkale University. He worked in Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency Directorate of Risk Management and Regulation. In 2006, he established risk management systems in Saving Deposit Insurance Fund as a Head of Insurance and Risk Monitoring Department. He was in charge of vice presidency in Saving Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey responsible for the departments of Insurance and Risk Monitoring, Strategy, Asset Management, and Liquidation in between 2007-2013. Within the same period, he was in charge as a chairman of the board of management, member of the board of management, member of audit committee and member of supervisory board as a representative of Saving Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey in Fund Union Bank, Adabank, Rumeli Hayat and Pamuk Factoring companies. Represented the TMSF in International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI) and European Forum of Deposit Insurers (EFDI) as a board member. Participated in committees and private works of Central Bank of Turkey, Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey, Capital Markets Board (CMB) and Undersecretariat of Treasury. In 2013, worked as a Director responsible for executing the risk management and regulatory relations during the foundation phase of Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Inc.. He was appointed to Energy Market Management Company (EP\u0130A\u015e) Internal Control and Risk Management Director in 2015.He has certificates of Financial Risk Management (FRM) and CMB. He participates in academic studies and knows English and married with two children.

\"y\u00f6neticiBorn in Of in 1967, Ramis KULAK has completed his primary and secondary education in Mersin. Graduated from Ankara University Political Sciences Faculty Department of Economics in 1991. Succeeding at the examination held by the Ministry of Finance in 1992; he has started his career in Account Experts Board as a junior accountant. Within the scope of the Account Experts Board; he has received theoretical and hands on training on the subjects of particularly tax, accounting and finance and miscellaneous financial issues and thereon held examinations on high-level tax and accounting control, investigation, tax and black economy (illicit money). In 2002, he received language training and held examinations in England for a while. In 2004, he started working as a Head of General Directorate of Accounting of the Ministry of Finance. He was in charge of particularly circulating capital enterprises and information processing, hardware technology, personnel software, accounting software and central applications and personnel affairs, budget, expenditure, endowment, publication and documentation works of General Directorate within the scope of the General Directorate of Accounting. In 2006, worked as a representative of the Ministry of Finance as a Member of the General Directorate of the National Lottery, Privatization, Bid and Evaluation Committee for one year. He carried out account examinations and process audit for International Ahmet Yesevi Turkish \u2013 Kazakh University as a Turkish party in 2007. He worked as a \u201cMember of the Ethical Committee\u201d in the Ministry of Finance in 2008. In 2011, when he was the Vice General Manager, resigned from the civil service and left the Ministry of Finance. He has started his business life in private sector when he was appointed as a first executive to HABOM A.\u015e. (Turkish Technic \u2013 Maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft and components), which was established as a second aircraft maintenance company by Turkish Airlines. He was in charge for two years in HABOM A\u015e as Financial and Administrative Affairs and Personnel Supervisor and also vice General Manager. In 2013, as a result of the Turkish Airlines AO bought MNG Teknik A.\u015e. and merged it with and into the HABOM A\u015e, he was charged as Facility Maintenance and Administrative Affairs Manager in the newly formed company (THY HABOM A\u015e). He also carried out the Directorate of Human Resources for a while by proxy.
