The delegation composed of Executive Board of Energy Exchange Istanbul (EP\u0130A\u015e) and Mr. Fatih K\u00f6lmek, The \u200eHead of Organized Power Markets Group of \u200eEnergy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) visited Central Power Purchasing Authority (CPPA-G) on 12-17 December 2017 in Pakistan.<\/p>\n
The delegation leading by General Manager of EP\u0130A\u015e Mr. Mustafa Kay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 have been several contacts in Pakistan.<\/p>\n
Mr Aamer Ahmed Additional Secretary of Ministry of Water and Power Government of Pakistan at express his pleasure about EP\u0130A\u015e and EMRA\u2019s visit and mentioned that CPPA-G is willing to benefit from Turkey\u2019s knowledge and experience of energy.<\/p>\n
CPPA-G General Manager Abid Lodhi after expressing their satisfaction from the visit and emphasized that they wanted to further cooperation between the two countries he remind the Memorandum of Understanding signed by two companies.<\/p>\n
Mustafa Kay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, General Manager of EP\u0130A\u015e, stated that \u201cWe are returning to Pakistan today in the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding, which is based on a mutual exchange of knowledge and experience between EP\u0130A\u015e and CPPA-G in August 2017. I hope that this meeting will be instrumental in bringing our relations further\u201d<\/em> . After this words Kay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 expressed that they are pleased by welcome and through the EP\u0130A\u015e they can share the experiences of Turkey to support Pakistan\u2019s developing energy sector.<\/p>\n Fatih K\u00f6lmek, at his presentation informed the Pakistan delegation about activities of EMRA and how the electric prices determine in Turkey.<\/p>\n While Strategy Development Director of EP\u0130A\u015e Mr. Avni \u00c7ebi, present about the Structure of Turkish Power Sector and how the Transparency Platform of EP\u0130A\u015e works to the Pakistan commission.
