During the meeting, Deputy Minister at Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Natia Turnava and CEO of ESCO, Vakhtang Ambokadze were informed about Turkish Energy Market and EP\u0130A\u015e.<\/p>\n<p>CEO of EP\u0130A\u015e, Mr. Ahmet T\u00fcrko\u011flu at his opening speech mentioned that as Turkish Energy Market Operator EP\u0130A\u015e is grateful for sharing the experiences with Georgia. Turkish Energy Market has various resources and it works as liberal market. EP\u0130A\u015e has an important role and operates energy markets through managing it in an effective, transparent and reliable&nbsp;manner. Mr. T\u00fcrko\u011flu also said that EP\u0130A\u015e is carrying out the activities in order to contribute to the development of the energy markets and the spot natural gas market started in addition to the electricity market a few time ago.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Minister Ms.Turnava, stated that there is an interconnection line between Turkey and Georgia and Turkish investors trades in the Gerogia market.
