- Energy imbalance calculation is made on the settlement basis for each balancing responsible party.
- If the sum of the bilateral agreements made by the market participants responsible for balance in the direction of buying, the amount of purchases in the day ahead and intraday markets, the down-regulation orders and production values in the balancing power market is greater than the amount of bilateral agreements made in the direction of sales, the sales quantities in the day ahead and intraday markets, the load order orders in the balancing power market and the amount of traction; It is determined that the participant is in a positive imbalance in the relevant settlement period, and if it is small, it is in a negative imbalance in the relevant settlement period.
- Using the imbalance amounts calculated on the basis of the settlement period, the calculation of imbalance amount is made to the participants.
- Settlement of Energy Imbalances is carried out in accordance with the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation Article 108, Article 110, Article 111.
