Objections
- For the errors noticed after the settlement notification becomes the basis of the invoice, an objection can be made to the market operator EPİAŞ or the meter reading institutions according to the content of the error.
- In case the measurement values (injection/withdrawal) are incorrect, objections should be made to the institutions reading the meter. For other errors, objections should be made to EPİAŞ, the Market Operator.
- As of the date of application, objection applications belonging to the invoice period up to 12 months ago are evaluated and concluded within 3 months following the application.
- In case the objection results positively, the corrections will be reflected to the accounts of the participants by EXIST, the Market Operator.
- All settlement calculations for the adjusted invoicing period are made again. Error correction is determined by evaluating the effect on all participants.
- Objections and Corrections are carried out in accordance with the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation Article 133 and 134.
