Participants in the following situations are in default in the GFM:

– Participants whose Total GFM Colleteral Collateral amount is shortfall,

– Participants whose TGH Contribution Colleteral is short in cash and/or in total amount for three consecutive days,

– Participants whose GFM Invoice amount remains short, and

– Participants who fall into default SGM for any reason.
