An amendment to the Collateral Calculation Method (the Method) has been made by the decision of our Company’s Board of Directors.

With this amendment, updates have been made to the initial collateral amounts specified in Article 4 titled “Initial Collaterals” of the Method, which must be provided by market participants. Accordingly, the initial collateral amounts to be used in collateral calculations starting from March 3, 2025 (inclusive) are as follows:
• The initial collateral amount to be used in calculating the total collateral required to be provided by market participants holding supply, aggregator, distribution, and transmission licenses has been set at 1,500,000 TRY.
• The initial collateral amount to be used in calculating the total collateral required from market participants holding generation licenses or Organized Industrial Zone (OIZ) generation licenses has been set at 1,500 TRY per MW of operational capacity, with a minimum of 100,000 TRY and a maximum of 1,500,000 TRY.

Additionally, for market participants holding aggregator licenses and registering before March 3, 2025, the initial collateral amount to be applied in collateral calculations will be 200,000 TRY until March 3, 2025.
