Selected Electricity and Natural Gas Markets Legislation were translated to English in line with the Energy and Mining Strategy of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. These translations will be kept up-to-date from now on.

This process was realized within the scope of EPİAŞ’s mission to operate and develop energy markets in an effective, transparent and sustainable manner, as well as to be an energy exchange that is referenced globally in energy markets. We wholeheartedly believe that this translations will meet the English legislation needs of all stakeholders.

Translation of Turkish energy legislation into English is intended solely as a convenience to non-Turkish readers and is not legally binding. EPİAŞ has worked together on this project with leading law firm in the field of international energy law in an attempt to provide an accurate translation of the original material in Turkish, but due to the nuances in translating legal text to a foreign language, slight differences may exist.
