1.In the Organized YEK-G market, the session shall be open once every month between 10:00 and 15:00 on the business day

2.The documentable generation amount shall be calculated within three business days from the announcement of the final settlement notice, within which the generation period end date falls, and the relevant YEK-G system users shall be notified accordingly via the MMS.

3.Certificates issued in the YEK-G system are valid for 12 months from the end of the production period.

4.In the YEK-G system, the system user’s issue request must be made within two months following the month in which the documentable production amount is notified to the system user. If there is no demand within the relevant three months, the production amount cannot be used.

5.For every 1 (one) MWh documentable production amount, 1 (one) YEK-G certificate is issued.

6.For the year 2021, the cancellation notifications for the consumption other than the green tariff are made until 30 March 2022 at the latest.

7.Regional Supply Companies can make cancellation notifications to their consumers under the Green tariff within two working days following the opening of the Organized YEK-G market.

8.If the bilateral agreement transaction, which is carried out on D working day in the YEK-G system, is approved by the other participant, it is approved by the system operator at 15:00 on the D+1 working day.

9.The cancellation process performed on D working day in the YEK-G system is approved by the system operator at 15:00 on the D+1 working day.

10.If the issued YEK-G certificate is not cancelled within 12 (twelve) months from the end of the production period, it will be withdrawn by the system operator in a way that cannot be subject to any action.

11.Contracts shall be processed during the session in accordance with the continuous trading method

12.Each month, contracts shall be made available to be traded during the trading session on the fourth business day following the day that the finalized settlement notice is announced

13.In the Organized YEK-G market, the session shall be open once every month between 10:00 and 15:00

14.Post-session period shall refer to the time period between 15:00 and 15:30 on trading session days.

15.YEK-G certificates issued within the scope of the documentable generation amount shall be processed among contracts categorized in accordance with the resource type underlying electricity generation.

16.The price lower limit for Organized YEK-G Market offers is 0 TL / MWh.

17.The best priced offer among the offers that are made for the same contracts and in the same direction shall have priority over the others. The offer that is recorded first according to the system time among the equally priced offers that are made for the same contracts and in the same direction shall have priority over the others. Offers with the highest price for the purchase offer and offers with the lowest price for the sales offer shall be indicated as the best priced offer in the offer book

18.The offer amounts to be submitted for each contract via the MMS in the organized YEK-G market shall be notified in MWh units, as 1 MWh and its integer multiples. The minimum offer size that can be submitted at once is 1 MWh.

19.A) If the purchase offer price is higher than or equal to the best sales offer price, the amount of the offers shall be compared against each other:

    1) If the purchase offer amount is equal to the best sales offer amount, it shall be fully matched. Matching shall be made according to the pending sales offer price, which has already been entered in the offer book.

   2) If the purchase offer amount is higher than the best sales offer amount, the portion equal to the sales offer amount shall be matched. Matching shall be conducted according to the pending sales offer price, which is already entered in the offer book. As for the remaining amount of the partially matched purchase offer, it shall be checked whether there is a sales offer with a suitable price, and in the absence of a suitable sales offer, it shall continue to stay in the offer book as the best purchase offer. The list of best purchase offers shall be re-updated sequentially.

   3) If the purchase offer amount is lower than the best sales offer, the purchase offer amount shall be fully matched. Matching shall be conducted according to the pending sales offer price, which is already entered in the offer book. The remaining amount of the partially matched sales offer shall continue to stay in the offer book, by preserving the priority of the offer.

   B) If the sales offer price is lower than or equal to the best purchase offer price, the amount of offers shall be compared;

   1) If the sales offer amount is equal to the best purchase offer amount, it shall be fully matched. Matching shall be made according to the pending purchase offer price, which is already entered in the offer book.

  2) If the sales offer amount is higher than the best purchase offer amount, the portion equal to the purchase offer amount shall be matched. Matching shall be conducted according to the pending purchase offer price, which is already entered in the offer book. The matched purchase offer shall be removed from the offer book. As for the remaining amount of the partially matched sales offer, it shall be checked whether there is a purchase offer with a suitable price, and in the absence of a suitable purchase offer, it shall continue to stay in the offer book as the best sales offer. The lists of best sales offers shall be re-updated sequentially.

   3) If the sales offer amount is lower than the best purchase offer amount, the sales offer shall be fully matched in proportion to the sales. Matching shall be conducted according to the pending purchase offer price, which is already entered in the offer book. The remaining amount of the partially matched purchase offer shall continue to stay in the offer book, by preserving the priority of the offer.
