As by June 1, 2020 Market participants have opportunity to trade using two, five and seven days of delivery options with newly launched “Natural Gas Market Weekly Products”

EPİAŞ launched its in-house designed&developed Natural Gas Market Weekly Products with physical delivery on 01.06.2020 under the Market Operating Procedures and Principles amendment came into force with the Energy Market Regulatory Board Decision No. 9138, dated 23.01.2020.

Weekly products will provide natural gas market participants an additional flexible option to manage their imbalances. Weekly Products become available with similar process as daily spot transactions. Weekly Products are HS – weekend (2 days), HI – weekdays (5 days) and HT – all week (7 days).

Participants will be able to do transactions without additional registration process or authorization process for users as pointed out on the online training on 28th May.

As of June 1, data related to transactions on the Weekly Products will be published on the Transparency Platform. In addition, the first reference price for weekly products, Weekly Reference Price, will be published on June 5.
