Day-Ahead Market Phase II – New Order Types
As known, market clearing prices have been calculated by National Day-Ahead Market Software since 1 June 2016.
After successful commissioning of National Day-Ahead Market Software, as EXIST, Energy Exchange Istanbul we have initiated works on development of new order types as second phase of Day-Ahead Market.
With the second phase of Day-Ahead Market, we aim to develop new order types that allow meeting of technical needs of generation units and demand side participants better and integrate these offer types into Day-Ahead Market
Within this scope, we would like to inform market participants that suggestions, based on technical needs of generation units at portfolios of market participants and demand side, regarding to Day-Ahead Market new offer types, with their respective justifications, can be send to piyasa@epias.com.tr e-mail address until the end of official working hour of 23 December 2016 Friday.
