Non-registered or invalid metering point requests for the period of February 2023 were settled by our Company. In this context, requests must be checked by the relevant suppliers and, in case of incorrect requests, withdrawn until 17.00 on 19.01.2023.

The subscriber information of the requested metering point must be recorded by the supplier until 17.00 on 19.01.2023 in accordance with Article 30/B of the Balancing and Settlement Regulation (DUY).

Metering point requests for which subscriber information is not recorded by the supplier will be automatically disabled during the execution of the pre-listing procedure.

In case there is no bilateral agreement regarding the relevant eligible consumer requests, either the request is incorrect or the subscriber information is not registered, the legal responsibility that will arise in case of the cancellation of the request will belong entirely to the suppliers and no corrections will be made in accordance with the legislation after the lists are finalized.
