The e-mail addresses “gop@epias.com.tr , gip@epias.com.tr, uzlastirma@epias.com.tr, st@epias.com.tr, kayit@epias.com.tr, dogalgaz@epias.com.tr, seffaflik@epias.com.tr” used by our Market Participants following the introduction of the EXIST Help Desk (EYM) on 1 April 2020 will be discontinued after 01 March 2021. Additionally, you may use the e-mail addresses “elektrik.acildestek@epias.com.tr, dogalgaz.acildestek@epias.com.tr, seffaflik.acildestek@epias.com.tr”, which are established as emergency support addresses to be used only in cases where the EXIST Help Desk cannot be accessed due to technical difficulties, to submit your issues, suggestions and requests for information to EXIST.
* Market Participants who do not have a KEP address may also transmit the documents they previously submitted via e-mail through EYM.
