Instruction Labeling Principles
- Code “0” Instruction: The instructions given for the purpose of balancing supply and demand in real time.
- Code “1” Instruction: These instructions are issued to prevent congestion in system
- Each instruction can only have one label value and the corresponding label value is given for the most relevant reason.
- While instrucions are issued the following are taken into consideration;
- Transmission system constraints
- Technical constraints for balancing entities within the context of balancing power market,
- Criteria for supply security and supply quality
- Differences between forecasted and actual demand
- Ensuring operational safety and system integrity and minimizing the costs of balancing
