Dear Valued Market Participants,

The steps to be taken in the registration processes for the 2021 gas year are listed below.

1- Our market participants who will apply for the first time (new) registration for the 2021 gas year will initiate their application procedures by clicking the link below.

2- Organizations who are already registered and approved are not required apply for online registration again for Registration Renewal procedures for the 2021 gas year. Accordingly;

– The participants will sign the STS and DUP in 3 copies with BOTAŞ.

– All participants who signed the STS and DUP agreement will be notified by BOTAŞ to EXIST.  

– The copies of the signed DUPs bearing wet signatures will be delivered to EXIST by BOTAŞ.

– After the approval of the DUPs by EXIST, the relevant organizations will be transferred to the 2021 gas year by the EXIST registration division, thus completing the Registration Renewal procedure.

According to this work flow, the market participants are only required to complete the procedures on the BOTAŞ side to complete their Registration Renewal..

3- However, if there are any changes to the information of the organization registered in the STP, the Legal Entity Registration Form and the List of Authorized Signatories will be drafted again and delivered to the EXIST correspondence division.
