In cases where the EPİAŞ Help Desk cannot be reached due to technical reasons, “electric.acildestek@epias.com.tr, dogalgaz.acildestek@epias.com.tr, seffaflik.acildestek@epias.com.tr” e-mail addresses are created as emergency support e-mail addresses. You can send your problems, suggestions and information requests to EPİAŞ from the mail addresses.
