The first Ordinary General Assembly of Energy Exchange Istanbul ( EXIST) was held on March 22, 2016, attended by Board of Directors as well as shareholders and representatives.

The new Board of Directors, Fatih Dönmez ( Chairman of the Board), Talat Ulussever ( Member of the Board), Hasan Hüseyin Savaş (Member of the Board), Osman Küçükçınar (Member of the Board), Faruk Bostancı (Member of the Board), Mustafa Karahan (Member of the Board).

Energy and Natural Resources Ministry Undersecretary Fatih Dönmez has been elected as Chairman of the Board.
