Local Issuing Office Authorization Notification
As is known, Market Financial Settlement Center-under the Turkish Electricity Transmission Company(TEİAŞ)- had been the Local Issuing Office i.e. the Energy Identification Code issuing authority in the presence of ENTSO-e in Turkey.
In consultation with ENTSO-e and TEİAŞ-since the market operating license takeover- issuing accreditation has been transferred from TEİAŞ to EPİAŞ as of 12.05.2016 and EPİAŞ has been authorized the new EIC Local Issuing Office.
