In accordance with the third and fourth paragraphs of the 110th article of the Electricity Market Balancing and Settlement Regulation (DUY),  the method used when calculating the amount it is liable to pay due to deviation from the expected settlement period generation / consumption amount (KÜPST) is changed by the Board Decision dated 02.07.2020 and numbered 9422.

The Board Decision dated 02.07.2020 and numbered 9422 shall take effect as of 01.08.2020. The Board Decision, which will come into force, can be accessed from the Official Gazette dated 03.07.2020 and here.
