The Market Surveillance Directorate, which is market surveillance department of EXIST, carries out its activities without discrimination between equal parties and independently from EXIST (EPİAŞ) and market participants on the basis of confidentiality, in line with the duty of EPİAŞ to ensure that prices are calculated within the framework of supply and demand in accordance with other national or international market surveillance procedures and practices.
