Improvements Regarding Multiple Request Process for Eligible Customers
If there is a request to add to the portfolio by more than one supplier for a measurement point within the same demand period, your requests are considered as multiple requests. The improvements made regarding this process are presented below for your information.
- Informing the users of “Administrator” status of suppliers with multiple requests regarding the process via SMS and E-MAIL,
- Uploading proof documents in pdf document format via web service,
- Users can view the registration logs regarding the proving document uploading processes (performed either on the screen or via the web service) on the DGPYS screens.
